雅砻江两河口水电站复杂地质情况下地下厂房岩壁吊车梁开挖质量控制施工技术

摘    要:两河口水电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁所在开挖第Ⅲ层的地质情况复杂,顺层挤压带和节理裂隙发育,尤其是下游侧岩台开挖区域大部分岩体破碎,顺层中倾角滑移面出露多,不良地质情况对岩台开挖成型质量控制形成了较大的挑战。主要介绍了复杂地质情况下,岩壁吊车梁开挖所采用的预锚加固、动态调整控制爆破参数及"先固后挖"等成型质量控制施工技术,旨在为同类工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:The geological condition of the third layer for the excavation of the rock-bolted crane beam in the underground powerhouse of Lianghekou Hydropower Station is complicated with both the developments of joint fissures and bedding compressed structural zone,especially most of the rock masses within the excavation area of the downstream rock-bench are broken with more outcrops of inclined slip surfaces,thus the poor geological condition forms a big challenge for the quality control of the forming excavation of the rock. The construction technologies for the quality control of the forming excavation,such as pre-anchoring reinforcement,dynamic adjustment of control blasting parameters,strengthening at first and then excavation,etc.,adopted for the excavation of the rock-bolted crane beam under the complicated geological condition are mainly described herein,so as to provide a reference for the similar project concerned.
