Review on EPC lump-sum contracting project management of trial section for North Hubei Water Resources Allocation Project

By taking a productive trial item of the North Hubei Water Resources Allocation Project as the study case，the system and method for EPC lump-sum contracting project management of water consercancy project that taking the design as the key link is described herein. The organizational structure of EPC project office and the management featuress and process for this trial item are emphatically introduced，while the main problems to be solved during the management process and the methods are summarized and the importance of WBS in programming phase is emphasized，and thus the specific management measures in the implementation phase and the feasibility of the method of earned value management are put forward. Through the relevant practice，the merits of EPC management mode are summarized and some points to be improved are given as well.
