| 涤纶短纤维环保油剂的开发与应用 |

| 摘 要： | 针对涤纶短纤维用油剂中烷基酚类化合物的生态毒性,研发出了TDSL-2005B、TDSL-2005C环保型油剂。试验证明:该油剂具有较好的平滑性和抱合性,能降低产品摩擦因数,提高抱合性,满足纺丝、后加工生产需要;使用TDSL-2005B、TDSL-2005C环保型油剂生产的涤纶短纤维经SGS公司检测,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)含量不超过30 mg/kg,达到纺织品出口欧洲要求。

| Abstract: | For eco-toxicity of APEO in spinning finish, the environment-friendly spinning finish TDSL-2005 B and TDSL-2005 C which had fairly good gliding and cohesive properties were developed. The spin-ning finish could decrease frictional coefficient, increase cohesive property of fiber, fulfill the process ofspinning and textile. APEO content of the polyester staple fiber with environment-friendly spinning finish TD-SL-2005 B and TDSL-2005 C was tested by SGS Company, the results showed that APEO content was lessthan 30 mg/kg and the fiber could meet the requirements of textile exports. |
