| Abstract: | Levee construction along the Yangtze River is a great project that successfully reflects the important thought of "three represents'Mhe construction drives the profound reform of levee construction system, and also promotes the deepening and development of management system reform of waterworks construction. Meanwhile management of levee construction along the Yangtze River is gradually standardized and systemized, which shall great increase the overall level of waterworks construction and management. |
