| 摘 要： | 本文从开展高职学生就业指导教育工作的现实意义出发，结合大学生就业指导教育工作的现状以及目前存在的问题，探索加强和改进高职院校大学生就业指导教育的对策。从而对提高高职学生就业指导教育的实效性，帮助大学生顺利就业起到积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Depending on the practical significance of employment guidance education about vocational higher education institution students, combining with the status and problems of employment guidance about college students, this paper is studying on the measures that how to improve employment guidance education about vocational higher education institution students. This will play an active role on promoting the effectiveness of employment guidance education about vocational higher education institution students, assisting college students＇ employment smoothly. |
