| 摘 要： | 在对负载敏感技术分析的基础上,研究了负载敏感技术在采煤机调高系统中的应用,负载敏感变量柱塞泵与负载敏感比例多路阀的联合使用构成了采煤机负载敏感调高系统,根据摇臂实际工作所需要的压力及流量的反馈,变量泵提供相应的压力及流量,从而达到了节能的目的。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of load-sensitive technology,study the application of load-sensitive technology in height adjustment system of miner,combination of load-sensitive variable plunger pump and load sensitive proportioning multi-way valve make up of the load-sensitive height adjustment system of miner,based on the practicality pressure and flow feedback of rock arm,the variable plunger pump can supply pressure and flow accordingly,so it can save the energy of the system. |
