摘    要:以淮南矿区"三软"煤层和复杂地质条件下薄煤层开采设备为研究对象,采用理论分析、计算机辅助设计、现场实测相结合的综合研究方法,在总结分析国内外相关技术基础上,通过对综采设备关键技术的创新与集成,提出了液压支架、采煤机新型成套设备等选型和设计原则,并研发出薄煤层开采的液压支架、采煤机新型成套设备,实现了薄煤层开采的自动化和安全高效。
