| 摘 要： | 采煤机调高泵箱顶部空间狭小,却需要布置液压系统的所有元件。根据现场实际情况分析了某公司MG550/1230-WD采煤机调高泵箱顶板上液压元件布局存在的问题,并提出了液压元件改造的具体方案,设计了新的结构及布局,现场改进后效果明显。

| Abstract: | The place on top of hydraulic increase station of shearer is very narrow,but it needs to lay all hydraulic system components.According with actual conditions,problems of layout of MG550/1230-WD shearer are analysed and some reforming scheme and designs new layout are put.It has obvious effect after mounting on spot. |
