摘    要:针对目前液压支架设计缺乏专业化、集成化设计软件的问题,利用三维设计软件Pro/E进行二次开发,将已有的液压支架设计知识和经验固化到程序中,并结合Pro/E系统的Top-down流程、有限元分析模块和3DM ax动态模拟系统,开发了液压支架及综采工作面配套三维动态设计平台,集设计、运动仿真、力学分析和工作面配套模拟为一体。该平台的应用可大大提高支架的设计效率,充分保证支架的设计质量和适应性。
