摘    要:为充分了解新型换流变压器的内部漏磁场分布和各绕组受力情况,基于边单元法建立了新型换流变压器的三维有限元模型,采用非线性求解,精确分析了变压器在稳态和短路条件下的三维漏磁场分布,并获得各绕组两种工况下的轴向和径向漏磁感应强度的分布情况;采用电磁力计算方法分析计算了新型换流变压器在稳态和短路条件下的各绕组的电磁力。该方法可完全避开传统电磁力计算方法的局限性,适用于同心式、交错式和矩形等多种绕组结构,可为变压器的绕组及垫块设计和制造、绕组承受短路的稳态、动态特性分析和绕组故障分析提供科学数据,具有一定的理论和工程应用价值。

Abstract:To fully know the distribution of leakage magnetic flux and each winding's electromagnetic force of novel converter transformer,in the paper,a 3D finite element model of novel converter transformer are established based on the edge element method,the nonlinear calculation is adopted to analyze the distribution of 3D leakage magnetic field of transformer accurately,and magnetic flux density distribution of all windings along the axis and radial directions are attained under two conditions of stable and short-circuit,consequently,an efficient electromagnetic force method based on finite element is presented by applying the Bio-Salva law;and it analyzes and calculates each winding electromagnetic force of novel converter transformer.This method introduced in the paper can analyze the windings' electromagnetic force directions under stable and short-circuit conditions free from the limits of traditional calculating ones.The method is widely applied to multiform windings structures such as concentric,interleaving and rectangle,etc,and it can supply scientific data for the design and manufacture of the transformers' windings and underlay block,the stable and dynamic analysis of windings under short-circuit conditions and windings fault analysis.
