锂辉石与绿柱石浮选分离的试验研究

摘    要:通过单矿物浮选试验考察了无机调整剂Na2S和六偏磷酸钠,有机小分子抑制剂柠檬酸、草酸、乳酸、酒石酸和EDTA二钠对受Fe^3 活化的锂辉石、绿柱石两种矿物浮选行为的影响。结果表明,柠檬酸和乳酸对锂辉石与绿柱石的抑制作用具有一定的选择性,但这种选择性并不高;酒石酸和草酸可强烈抑制这两种矿物,其抑制作用无任何选择性;硫化钠、六偏磷酸钠和EDTA二钠对锂辉石和绿柱石都具有较强的选择性抑制作用,且六偏磷酸钠和EDTA二钠对这两种矿物抑制作用的选择性优于硫化钠。锂辉石与绿柱石表面ζ—电位测定结果表明,锂辉石比绿柱石更易与EDTA二钠和Na2S发生吸附。

Abstract:The influence of the presence of inorganic modifiers such as Na_2S and sodium hexametaphosphate, as well as low molecular organic depressants such as citric acid, oxalic acid, lactic acid, uartaric acid and sodium EDTA on the flotability of spodumene and beryl activated by Fe~(3+) ion was studied through pure minerals flotation tests.The results indicate that citric acid and lactic acid can depress these two minerals selectively, while the selectivity is poor. Tartaric acid and oxalic acid have strong depressing action on these two minerals, the depressing action has no selectivity. Na_2S, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium EDTA have a good selective depression between spodumene and beryl, and that sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium EDTA present better selectivity for depressing of these two minerals than Na_2S.Zeta potential determinations on the surface of these two minerals show that sodium EDTA and Na_2S tend to be adsorbed onto spodumene surface rather than beryl surface.
