多孔细HPETFDY环吹风冷却改造及生产工艺探讨

摘    要:根据本厂的设备状况,提出环吹风改造的方法。试验利用环吹风设备生产PETFDY多孔细旦138dtex/192f规格产品,讨论了环吹风设备开发细旦丝的工艺条件。通过工艺试验认为利用环吹风技术生产FDY多孔细旦丝是可行的,与常规设备生产常规品种相比,工艺条件需要做适当调整。

Abstract:to the equipment condition, the way for alteration of circular blowing system is mentioned by the company. The quenching system and suitable process are used for producing porous and fine denier PET FDY with 138 dtex/192 f. The results show that the modified circular blowing technology is feasible for production of porous and fine denier yarn.
