电缆绕组变压器短路时线圈轴向稳定性的研究

摘    要:建立了电缆绕组变压器轴向振动的集中参数模型,采用广义坐标形式下的Langrage方程,得到多自由度的微振动方程。以各线匝的瞬态短路力为激励,利用4阶Runge-Kutta法求取了各线匝的响应——位移、加速度和振动力。计算得到了该类变压器的一些振动规律——短路历程中线圈表现出振动性和波动性,最大加速度出现的时刻滞后于最大短路电流出现的时刻,线圈在轴向振动时存在“波腹”和“波节”两种不同性质的区域。同时,也讨论了预紧压强、撑条根数对轴向振动规律的影响。最后,对振动加速度频谱进行了分析,该频谱的特性有别于短路电流的频谱。

Abstract:The spring-mass-damp model of axial vibration for power transformer using XLPE insulated cable winding is set up. With Langrage equation using virtual coordinate method, the differential vibrating equation with multi-degree of freedom is obtained. Under the transient short-circuit force, the responses, including displacement, acceleration and vibrating force are solved by 4-order Runge-Kutta method. Some vibrating characteristics for this transformer are obtained. The winding is of vibrating and waving behavior, the maximum acceleration lags the maximum value of short-circuit current in time. There are two domains; those are antinode loop and node. At the same time, the influence of pre-pressure and spacer number to the vibration was discussed. At last, the acceleration spectrum is analyzed. The spectrum is different to that of short-circuit current.
