| 摘 要： | 镀层厚度控制器是电刷镀设备必备的装置。主要利用集成电子器件，在实验的基础上研制了一种新型镀层厚度控制器，并分析了控制器的性能、工作原理及其设计特点。试验结果表明：所研制的镀层厚度控制器不仅具有体积小、精度高、性能可靠的特点，而且还可以与各种刷镀电源配合使用，实现对刷镀层厚度的设定与控制。

| Abstract: | The thickness gauge for cladding material is install in brush plating power supply.A new type of thickness gauge for cladding material has been developed on the experiment's foundation by the use of integrated circuit component,at the same time,analysing the performance,operational principle and design feature of the thickness gauge.The result expresses that the thickness gauge possess characteristic not only compactness,higher precision and reliability,but also can have application in all kinds of brush plating equipment to set up and control cladding material thinckness. |
