摘    要:采用特性黏数0.675 dL/g的半消光聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)熔体,在32头侧吹风纺丝设备上直纺生产细旦涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY),讨论了纺丝、卷绕工艺条件对生产工况及产品性能的影响。结果表明:在生产55.6 dtex/72 f涤纶FDY时,选择纺丝温度293℃,纺丝组件压力15~17 MPa,采用带有3组横向整流器的侧吹风,侧吹风速度0.55 m/s,使用新型"一"字孔油嘴上油,预网络压力0.09 MPa,纺丝速度4 600m/min,4热辊加热,拉伸倍数2.7,所生产的细旦涤纶FDY,产品优等率大于95%,设备运转率达97%。

Abstract:A fine-denier polyethylene terephthalate(PET) fully-drawn yarn(FDY) was produced from semi-dull PET melt with the intrinsic viscosity of 0.675 dL/g on a 32-end cross air blow spinning machine by direct spinning process.The effects of spinning and crimping process conditions on the production situation and product properties were discussed.The results showed that the top-quality rate of 55.6 dtex/72 f PET FDY was above 95% and the equipment operation rate of the produced PET FDY was 97% when the process conditions for were as followed: spinning temperature 293 ℃,spinpack pressure 15-17 MPa,cross air blow unit with three horizontal rectifiers,cross air blow speed 0.55 m/s,novel beeline-shaped nozzles,pre-interlacing pressure 0.09 MPa,spinning speed 4 600 m/min,four hot rollers,draw ratio 2.7.
