苯氧基三嗪聚合物的合成及膨胀阻燃ABS的研究

摘    要:合成了一种苯氧基三嗪聚合物,研究了合成反应的影响因素。利用FTIR、熔点测定仪、元素分析仪以及银定量法测定氯含量、磷钼酸喹啉重量法测定磷含量等方法对其结构进行了表征。将此苯氧基三嗪聚合物与聚磷酸铵和红磷复配为膨胀型阻燃剂,研究了此阻燃剂对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物的阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,该苯氧基三嗪聚合物的合成产率比较理想,用其复配的膨胀型阻燃剂对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物表现出较好的阻燃性能及力学性能。

Abstract:A novel phenoxy triazine charring agent which contained two flame-retardant elements of nitrogen and phosphorus was synthesized with satisfying yield.Some factors which affected the reaction were investigated.The structures of the phenoxy triazine charring agent was characterized by FTIR,element analysis apparatus,melting point apparatus,and the contents of chlorine and phosphorus were tested by silver quantitative method and quinoline phosphomolybdate gravimetric method respectively.The intumescent flame retardant(IFR),which was composed of this triazine derivative,ammonium polyphosphate(APP) and red phosphorus was added to ABS.The effects of this flame retardant on the flame retardancy and mechanical property of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer were studied.The experimental results showed that the yield of this phenoxy triazine oligomer was good,and the IFR synthesized with it had excellent flame retardancy and mechanical property for the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer.
