复合材料的Ⅰ型层间断裂韧性

摘    要:本文采用铰链式双悬臂梁试件对碳/双马来酰亚胺复合材料的Ⅰ型层间断裂韧性进行了研究,分析比较了层间断裂韧性GIC的表达方法,用三次多项式和幂函数拟合实验柔度的方法得到的结果比较满意,实验结果表明纤维桥连对单向层合板的GIC的影响是显着的,用刀片切割桥连纤维后GIC值下降百分之二十,分散性也有显着下降。另外发现GIC值随试件厚度增加而增大。

Abstract:The mode I interlaminar fracture toubhness of graphitc bismaleimide composite is investigated in this paper by using the hinge double cantilever beam specimen.Some expressions of interlaminar fracture toughness GIC are evaluated and compared. The results obtained by methods based on adopting the third polynomial and power function to fit the experimentally measured compliance are satisfactory.The result of test in dicates that the influence of fiber bridging on GIC of unidirection lamina is obvious.The value of GIC will decrease twenty percent and the scatter of GIC will also decrease obviously after cutting bridging fiber by razor blade.In addition,the value of GIC increases with the increase of specimen thickness.
