摘    要:乙酰胆碱酯酶是一种在神经传导中起关键作用的酶。它对有机磷农药十分敏感,可作为生物传感器监测环境中有机磷农药的含量。因此对乙酰胆碱酯酶的分子生物学研究是十分必要的。文章介绍了乙酰胆碱酯酶的分子形式、三维结构、基因结构,变构乙酰胆碱酯酶与抗药性的关系以及乙酰胆碱酯酶分子领域应用等方面的研究进展,并对乙酰胆碱酯酶的进一步研究提出了展望。

Abstract:Acetylcholinesterase plays an important role in neurotransmission. This enzyme is sensitive to organophosphorus pesticides and can be used as a biosensor to monitor concentration of organophosphorus pesticide in the environment. Thus, it is imperative that molecular biology studies be conducted with acetylcholinesterase. This paper discusses research progress in acetylcholinesterase molecular shape and three-dimensional structure, gene structure, and the relationship between allosteric acetylcholinesterase and pesticide resistance, as well as utilization of the molecular domain of acetylcholinesterase. Prospects for future research with acetylcholinesterase are also discussed.
