电子皮带秤在自动配煤系统中的应用

摘    要:在自动配煤控制系统中,采用了核子秤测量大皮带配料方式,核子秤的系统精度为1%。采用精度为0.5%的电子皮带秤定期标定核子秤,在生产时可随时对核子秤进行在线标定,1天可以完成18台核子秤的标定工作,大大提高了标定的效率,自动配煤的准确率也得到了提高。

Abstract:In automatic coal blending control system, the nucleon scale for measuring material blending mode of large-scale belt is adopted, the system accuracy of nucleon scale is 1%, the electronic scale with the accuracy of 0.5% is used to regularly evaluate nucleon scale, in production the nucleon scale can be on-line evaluated any time, the evaluation work for 18 nucleon scales can be completed one day, therefore the evaluation efficiency is greatly increased, meanwhile the automatic coal blending accuracy is also improved.
