非取向硅钢中Cr的行为及其对钢的电磁性能的影响

摘    要:结合工业化生产的典型钢种,探讨了目标Si含量为0.45%的非取向硅钢中Cr的行为及其对消除应力退火后钢的电磁性能的影响。研究结果表明,Cr能细化晶粒,抑制退火过程中晶粒的长大,从而降低了钢的电磁性能。冶炼过程中,应将其含量严格限制在0.03%以内。钢中含Cr氮化物的析出温度约为913 K,析出行为发生在热轧精轧和卷取过程中,并且随退火温度和Cr含量的增加,钢的磁滞损耗显著增加,而涡流损耗变化不大。

Abstract:Based on the manufacture of typical non-oriented silicon steel grade,the behaviour of chromium and magnetism after second annealing were discussed.The results show that chromium element could reduce the grain size and restrain grain growing for the aimed content of silicon was 0.45% during annealing procedure.In order to improve the magnetism,the content of chromium should be strictly limited in 0.03%.The precipitation procedure would occure during fine rolling and winding,and the precipitation temperature of nitride containing chromium was about 913 K.Furthermore,the hysteresis resistance would evident increase as the increase of annealing temperature and chromium content,and the vortex resistance was steady.
