某铅锌矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:在高碱性条件下,对内蒙古某铅锌矿进行了分选试验。用乙黄药为捕收剂,ZnSO4和Na2S为抑制剂优先选铅,然后用CuSO4为活化剂,用乙黄药选锌。闭路试验结果表明,铅精矿中,铅质量分数为72.23%,铅回收率为87.21%;锌精矿中,锌质量分数为51.50%,锌回收率为85.22%。该工艺已投入生产。

Abstract:Mineral separation experiments are carried out on some lead-zinc ore from Inner Mongolia at condation of high alkalinity. Lead mineral is first floatation using ethylxanthate as collector and ZnSO_4,Na_2S as inhibitor, then zinc is floatation using CuSO_4 as activator, ethylxanthate as collector. Closed-circuit experiment results show that lead mass fraction in lead concentrate is 72.23%,lead recovery is 87.21% and zinc mass fraction in zinc concentrate is 51.50%,zinc recovery is 85.22%. The process has been used in lead-zinc mineral separation.
