摘    要:针对现有厂用快切装置在稳定性和可靠性上存在的问题,提出一种基于DSP+ARM9双CPU结构的新型方案.装置由电源、CPU、开出/开入、通信等板组成.主CPU(DSP)负责数据采集和逻辑判断,从CPU(ARM)负责以太网通信和液晶显示等,主/从CPU间的数据交换由可编程门阵列(FPGA)的双口RAM实现.装置主CPU(DSP)基于μc/COS系统,从CPU(ARM)基于Vxworks系统.采用主/从CPU协调工作的软件设计方法.快速切换时,厂用母线电压是快速衰减的,为快速、精确地计算厂用母线电压的频率以及厂用母线电压和主/备电源间的相位差,设计了自适应调整采样周期的快速傅里叶变换(FFT)算法,进行频率跟踪和相角估计.现场实验表明所设计的装置成功切换,性能良好.

Abstract:To improve the stability and reliability of existing swift switchover device,a design is produced based on dual CPU technology of DSP and ARM9,which is composed of power supply board,CPU board,binary input/output board ,communication board ,and so on.The master CPU(DSP) is in charge of data acquisition and logical judgement while the slave CPU(ARM) is in charge of Ethernet communication and LCD display.The data exchange between CPUs is implemented by dual port RAM of FPGA.DSP works on μc/COS operating system while ARM on Vxworks operating system,for which the coordinated operation software is designed.During swift switching,plant bus voltage decays rapidly,for which a FFT algorithm with automatic regulate sampling cycle regulation is designed to track the frequency and estimate the phase angle.Field test shows its successful switchover and excellent performance.
