| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚合反应器内冷管组整体卧装过程，采用滑车工装、AUTOCAD计算机放样等技术，使内冷管组顺利穿进壳体，内冷管支架及导向支架垫板准确定位，同时保证了已抛光合格的设备内外表面不受损伤。采用此组装技术取得了较好的经济效益，对今后同类设备的制造具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The monolithic horizontal installation of polymerization reactors inner cold nest of tubes were introduced. The pulley tooling and AUTOCAD computer technology were adopted in order to the inner cold nest of tubes can get into the shell successfully, the inner cold tube plank and guide bracket pad can be located exactly and the polished qualified surface is not damaged. It can achieve the better technical and economic benefits by this assemble technology and it has the directive significance to the similar equipment manufacturing. |
