| 摘 要： | 正确认识区域工业系统的比较优势，是引导工业健康发展，促进经济有效增长的前提。实践中定性的研究较多，缺乏比较科学公正的定量评价手段。从建立比较优势评价的指标体系入手，探讨了工业系统比较优势综合评价的方法。并以陕西工业系统为例进行了实证验算，计算结果较为符合陕西工业发展的实际，表明所建立的综合评价体系的有效性和正确性，它将为客观准确地评价一个区域工业系统比较优势的状况提供理论手段。

| Abstract: | It is the basis for promoting industrial and economic development to know correctly the comparative advantages in regional industrial system.There are lots of qualitative analysis on comparative advantages in practice,which lack quantitative evaluating theory and method.a new evaluating system on the comparative advantages of industrial system is established,and evaluating method about this system is studied .Based on the evaluating system and method,Shanxi province practice in industrial development is studied.The result indicates that the evaluating system and the method are both effective and correct.It will provide a theoretical means to make an objective and exact evaluation on the comparative advantages in a regional industrial system. |
