连铸矩形坯漏钢原因及其对策

摘    要:连铸矩形坯漏钢的原因是设备管理不到位,结晶器冷却水和二冷水控制不当、钢水过热度高、操作不当等。通过采取加强设备管理、严格操作规程、改进一冷和二冷系统、加强结晶器管理、实行低过热度浇注等措施后,漏钢事故大幅度减少,铸坯合格率达到99.9%,铸机生产率提高,单包连拉炉数达130炉。

Abstract:To analyze the causes of breakout for rectangle billets during continuous casting is the management of equipment being improper,the control of cooling water and recooling water for mould being improper,the degree of superheat for molten steel being high,the operation being improper,etc.Puts forward the measures of strengthening the management of equipment,setting strict operating rules,improving primary cooling system and recooling system,strengthening the management for mould and practising the casting of low degree of superheat,etc.The practice has proved that the breakout accidents are reduced by a big margin,the certificated rate for rectangle billets is up to 99.97%,the productive rate for continuous casting machine is increased and the continuous casting heats as a single tundish are up to 130 heats.
