串联电池组电压测量方法的研究

摘    要:提出一种串联电池级电压测量新方法:光电继电器取代机械继电器选通各节电池电压;抗共模电压电路取代隔离放大器抵消测量端的共模电压;用双AD526实现数字量设定8档电压放大倍数。根据测得的各节电池的电压曲线,选择性能相近的电池组成优化的串联电池组。该系统已经应用于清华大学微小卫星电池性能的评估和优选。

Abstract:The paper puts forward a new method to measure series battery voltage, mechanical relay is replaced by photoelectric relay to select each battery voltage.Isolation amplifier is replaced by common-mode voltage bucking circuit.Through two AD526s eight amplifier ranges can be set by digits. According to voltage curves batteries with similar performance are selected for better series battery.It is used successfully in e-valuation and selective preference of micro-series battery for tsinghua university.
