生物膜-活性污泥复合系统的强化硝化

摘    要:通过构建生物膜-活性污泥复合系统,研究了悬浮填料和海绵填料在常温和低温条件下的强化硝化特性.对硝化速率改善和水力停留时间损失两方面进行了综合分析.结果表明,在常温条件下,活性污泥系统硝化效率较高,投加填料对硝化效果的改善程度有限;在低温条件下,投加悬浮填料能够有效强化活性污泥系统的硝化能力,而海绵填料反而造成硝化能力的恶化;投加悬浮填料虽然会损失10.6%的反应空间,但可提升62.5%的硝化速率,因此系统的硝化效率得以提升.

Abstract:Effects of suspended carriers and sponge carriers on nitrification performance of a biofilm-coupled activated sludge system are investigated under both ambient and cold temperature.The conventional activated sludge system achieves good nitrification performance under ambient temperature,and thus the nitrification enhancement by carriers is limited.Comprehensive analysis in consideration of nitrification rate and hydraulic retention time shows that under low temperature,the nitrification capacity of the coupled system is enhanced by suspended carriers but deteriorated after the addition of sponge carriers.Although suspended carriers takes reaction time of 10.6%,the 62.5% enhancement of nitrification rate increases the overall nitrification efficiency of the biofilm-coupled activated sludge system.
