| 摘 要： | 针对钢厂、电厂原料检验站的需要，本文设计出了由计算机和PLC组成的原料自动采样机二级控制系统。该系统上位机与PLC通过TCP／IP以OPC方式交换数据，并借助视频监控系统实现了设备现场无人值守。在对系统需求的分析上，设计出了控制系统的总体结构，给出了软硬件配置，介绍了各功能模块的实现过程。实际运行结果表明该系统运行稳定，获得了良好的控制效果。
