微波作用下磺化羟乙基壳聚糖制备的初步研究

摘    要:研究了采用微波辐射技术制备磺化羟乙基壳聚糖的方法。以片状壳聚糖为原料,先和氯乙醇反应制成羟乙基壳聚糖,再以氯磺酸-甲酰胺为磺化试剂,在适当条件下进行磺化,获得了水溶性良好的磺化羟乙基壳聚糖,硫含量为9.1%。红外光谱分析表明,该衍生物具有类肝素结构,有望进一步制成新型抗凝血荆。

Abstract:In this paper,a method of preparation of sulfonated hydroxyethyl chitosan under microwave radiation was studied.Chitosan flake and chloroethyl alcohol was made into hydroxyethyl chitosan,then the hydroxyethyl chitosan reacted with sulfated reagent(composed of chlorosulfonic acid and formamide) in proper conditions,at the end the sulfonated hydroxyethyl chitosan was obtained which possessed good water-solubility.Its sulfur content is 9.12%.The results of the infrared spectrometry showed that sulfonated hydroxyethyl chitosan possesses same structure with heparin does,may be further developed into novel antiocoagulant agent.
