成品油销售企业客户经理管理方式的改进

摘    要:资源型市场的形成和竞争主体的多元化使成品油销售市场的竞争日趋激烈。成品油销售企业要获得相对竞争优势,必须建立、完善管理机制和激励机制,改进和强化客户经理等一线经营人员队伍的管理方式,提高客户经理的综合素质。分析目前成品油销售企业客户经理管理方式中存在的问题及原因,提出改进的建议。

Abstract:The formation of resources type market and the multielement of competition bodies axe making the refined oil marketing competition fiercer and fiercer. To gain relative competition superiority for the refined oil enterprise, we must establish and perfect management mechanism and stimulation mechanism, improve and strengthen management mode of customer manager (operation staff team), improve their comprehensive quality. We analyzed the present existing problems and the causes in management mode of customer manager in refined oil marketing enterprises and presented suggestions of improvement.
