摘    要:深冷环境下工作的铸钢件的低温冲击韧性受到设计和生产人员的高度重视。在保证铸钢件的低温冲击韧性要求的前提下,通过选择合适的合金成分、合适的变质剂以及合适的热处理工艺,可以提高深冷环境下使用的铸钢件的综合性能。

Abstract:Cryogenic temperature impact toughness of metal components working in the cryogenic temperature environment was more concerned by its designers.Under the ensuring requirement of cryogenic temperature impact toughness of cast steel castings,excellent properties of cast steel castings in cryogenic temperature environment can be improved by choosing suitable alloy components,reducing the amount of harmful alloy elements,by deoxidizing modify during the casting process and adopting a suitable heat treatment process as well.
