| Abstract: | Based on the sporopollen assemblage,lithology,seimic profile interpretation and correlated tothe neighbor standard stratigraphic section,we found that the "red beds" between the third member of Shahejie formation and the lying Mesozoic in the Shanan sag belonged to the same strati-graphic sequence-Kongdian formation. Its age is Eocene. |
