| Abstract: | Based upon discussion of the shortages of engineering bill pricing method dynamic adjust analysis method of setting account of engineering cost under engineering bill pricing mode is analyzed.Author points out that the balance principle among duty,right and interest should be followed to make clear the rights and duties of party,specify the adjust method in terms of contract to ensure the smooth running of projects. |
