摘    要:"有效教学"要求达到教师的教与学生的学之间的高度协调,它既能推进课程改革,又能减轻师生课堂交流的负担和提升教学品位。本文就《食品安全》课程中"化学性食品安全危害"主题教学的教学设计和有效课堂的推进作出实质性研讨,从而提高学生学习过程的积极性和主动性,在学习过程中得到启发,并获得全面发展。

Abstract:Effective teaching calls for a high level of cooperative relationship between the students and the teacher,which helps to advance curricular reforms,relieve the pressure on classroom communication and enhance teaching quality.This paper focus on one of the themes in the course of Food Safety,that is,the chemical food safety hazards,and discusses the teaching design and the implementation of effective teaching,aiming to shed light on howto stimulate the initiatives of the students and howto inspire themto achieve balanced development.
