| 摘 要： | 项目教学法是职业教育教学活动中最典型、最有效的行动导向教学方法之一,它充分体现了行动导向教学的真实性、完整性和协作性学习的原则。本文在介绍项目教学法内涵和特点的基础上,以韭菜盒制品为例,详细介绍了项目教学法在中职面点专业教学中的应用,最后提出了使用项目教学法时需要注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | Task-oriented teaching,one of the most typical and effective teaching methodology in vocational education,employs the action-oriented teaching and learning principle of being authentic,complete and collaborative.Based on an introduction to the connotation and features of task-oriented teaching,this paper,taking the preparation of chive-stuffed pancakes as an example,expounds the application of the approach in teaching dim sum preparation in secondary vocational schools.Several points that deserve special attention are also touched upon at the end. |
