| 摘 要： | 从烧结生产的角度设计自动配水系统，采用先进的控制方法，稳定烧结混合料的透气性，提高烧结矿的质量和烧结生产率。系统解决了控制对象存在的大滞后和多干扰问题，实现烧结混合料水分含量的全自动控制，为烧结配水提供先进的控制方法和成功的实践经验。

| Abstract: | Water distribution system for sinter production was designed by use of advanced control technique to stabilize sinter material permeability, improve sinter material quality and increase sinter productivity. The system solved long time delay and lots of disturbance problems existing in sinter process. Full automatic control of sinter material moisture content was realized Advauced control method and successful practice experience for sinter water distribution are provided. |
