| Abstract: | A method is reported for determination of pirimicarb by a normal-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) procedure using a 25cm analytical silica gel column,hexane-isopropanol as mobile phase and a variable-wavelength UV detector set at 260nm. Accuracy and precision of method was evaluated. |
