| 摘 要： | 在ＳｉＣ磨粒磨损条件下对ＺＴＭ陶瓷的耐磨性进行了试验研究，并与工具钢、ＰＳＺ陶瓷进行了比较，在球磨条件下对圆柱形ＺＴＭ，ＰＳＺ和Ａｌ２Ｏ３试样的磨损作了对比实验，分析比较本实验条件下ＺＴＭ陶瓷磨粒磨损耐磨性与其力学性能，ＺｒＯ２相组成，显微结构以及试样中ＺｒＯ２添加量之间的相互关系，对该陶瓷的磨粒磨损过程及ＺｒＯ２相变对ＺＴＭ耐磨性的影响进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Three body abrasion experiments of ZTM ceramics under wearing condition with SiC particles were performed, in which steel and PSZ ceramics were used as the samples. Ball-mill examinations were conducted for the cylinder samples of ZTM, PSZ, ceramics to their mechanical propefties, t-ZrO2 content,their microstructure, and adding amounts of ZrO2 in samples were described. Wear process and wear mechanism for ZTM ceramics and the influence of ZrO2-phase transformation were discussed. |
