摘    要:通过改进排气眼,改进浇注工艺,提高型砂性能等措施,较好地解决了气缸体铸件气孔缺陷,使气孔废品率由原来的5%以上降到1.5%以下,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:By adopting measures such as changing the vent shape, improving pouring process and reducing gas generation of resin sand and so on, the blow hole defect problem of the cylinder block has been quite successfully solved, and the blowhole rejection rate was reduced from more than 5% to less than 1.5%.
