| 摘 要： | 针对目前河北南网火电机组协调控制系统响应AGC速率比较低的现状，分析了影响变负荷速率的几种因素，提出增加电网调度中心与火力发电厂之间AGC传输信号的数量、改进AGC的调度方式能够有效地提高协调控制系统的响应速率，对于配备了火电厂厂级监控信息系统（SIS）的机组，由单机AGC控制改为全厂的AGC控制是一个提高机组调节速率与品质的有效方法。

| Abstract: | In view of the states of AC-C response low speed of Hebei South network coordinated control systems, the author analyzes the reason to influence varying duty speed, and presents to increase the quantity of AGC transmission signal between the power network dispatching corner and the electric power plant, to improve the AGC dispatching mode in order to raise response rate of coordinated control system effectively. For the units disposed by SIS, the effective method to increase units regulating rate and quantity that transform AGC control for single unit into AGC control for the whole plant. |
