游离组分对磺化酚醛树脂抗盐性能的影响

摘    要:以浊点盐度作为评价磺化酚醛树脂产品抗盐性能的指标,采用改进的方法测定出不同游离组分含量所对应的产品浊点盐度值,考察苯酚、甲醛和亚硫酸氢钠3种游离组分对磺化酚醛树脂抗盐性能的影响。结果表明,磺化酚醛树脂中游离组分亚硫酸氢钠使产品抗盐性能降低,而苯酚和甲醛对产品抗盐性能影响不大。

Abstract:Using cloud point salinity as a evaluation index for the anti - salt property of sulfonated phenol - formaldehyde resin, the effects of three free components, phenol, formaldehyde and NaHSO3, on the anti - salt property of sulfonated phenol - formaldehyde resin were investigated by measuring the cloud point salinity of the various resins with different free component contents in a modified method. The results showed that free NaHSO3 reduced the anti - salt property of sulfonated phenol - formaldehyde resin and free phenol or formaldehyde had few effects on the anti - salt property of the products.
