| 摘 要： | 通过分析手机连接器端子的外形结构、尺寸精度及其成形工艺难点,制定了合理的工艺方案,并详细叙述了手机连接器端子高速精密级进模的排样、模具结构与设计要点,设计出了合理的级进模,对端子模设计具有一定的借鉴意义。

The layout, structure and design points of a high-speed precision pro- gressive die were described in detail. |
