摘    要:基于Taguchi试验方法,研究共注射成型工艺参数对熔体追赶距离的影响,获得各个因素对熔体追赶距离的影响度。结果表明:熔体注射速度的影响度最大,模具温度和中心层熔体注射温度次之,而壳层熔体注射温度的影响度最小。获得了塑料共注射成型中最佳工艺参数的组合,可用于指导实际生产。

Abstract:The effects of technological parameter on the melt pursuing distance in co-injection molding was studied based on the Taguchi method and the influence degree of various factors were researched. The result shows that the injection rate of melt has the greatest effects on the pursuing distance, with the melt injection temperature at the core layer and mould temperature taking the second place, and the melt injection temperature at the shell layer has the least influence. As a result, an optimum combination of technological parameters for co-injection molding was obtained to guide the production.
