| 摘 要： | 分析了模具设计资料中所介绍的铰链式精弯模结构,证明用这种铰链式精弯模在弯曲工件过程中,不是如资料中所说的工件与铰链凹模之间没有相对滑动,而是存在相对滑动。推导了滑动偏移量Δ的计算公式,总结了铰链式精弯模的优、缺点。

| Abstract: | The structure of hinged type precision bending die which was stated in die design material was analyzed. It is indicated that the text is not true, because relative slip does exist between the workpiece and the hinged type matrix.The formula of sliding offset△ was deduced and the advantages and disadvantages of the hinged type precision bending die were summarized. |
