基于MBD技术的模具设计与制造

摘    要:介绍了基于模型的定义(model based definition,MBD)技术的模具设计与制造过程,用集成的三维实体模型来完整表达产品定义信息,将三维产品设计信息与制造信息共同定义到产品的三维数据模型中,在产品的整个生命周期中,以主模型为唯一的数据传递形式,使用三维标注模型作为制造依据,真正实现模具设计、制造和检测的协同,达到缩短模具生产周期,提高企业效益的目的。

Abstract:The mould design and manufacturing technology based on MBD was presented in which a three-dimensional solid model of the product integrating its design and manufactur- ing information was established to represent the entire product information; the master model was used as the only way to transfer the data and a three-dimensional dimension- ing model was adopted as the basis for manufacturing.
