基于CAE的分流道熔料翻转技术

摘    要:分析了原1模8腔注射模的流道设计,基于Moldex3D软件,对原流道进行模拟分析,经采用熔料在流道内的翻转技术改进多型腔模具的流道设计,改善熔料在流道内流动的不平衡性,提高了塑件成型的质量和生产效率。

Abstract:The runner design of an eight-cavity in an injection mould was analyzed and the original runner was simulated based on Moldex3D software. The melt flip in the runner was adopted to improve the runner design of the multi-cavity mould. As a result, the unbalance situation of melt flowing in the runner was improved and the molding quality and efficiency were increased.
