摘    要:介绍一种塑件倒扣脱出的结构——直推侧抽结构,解决在采用斜推杆、强制脱模法无法实现和实际应用效果差的难题,满足在模具结构中可用空间小、倒扣量大的情况下塑件倒扣脱出的要求。该结构相关零件加工方便、尺寸精度容易保证,零件磨损小、寿命高、装卸简单方便。经实际应用证明,该结构动作稳定可靠,实用性强。

Abstract:To solve the problem that an upended plastic part can not be stripped by slanted ejector or forced demoldig, a new mechanism with straight pushing and side core-pulling structure was developed. The mechanism is still effective where a small space can only be used in the mould and a big unending dimension is requested.
