大柳树水利枢纽与黄河下游断流关系分析

摘    要:自90年代以来,黄河下游断流日趋严重,对沿黄地区工农业生产和人民生活造成了较大影响。通过对黄河下游断流特点和大柳树水利枢纽运行方式的分析,说明修建大柳树工程不会加剧黄河下游断流,5—7月份加大放水还可缓解下游引黄灌溉期的供水矛盾,并提高黄河上游梯级水电站群的运行质量。

Abstract:Since 90th,water interception of the Yellow River in its downstream river course takes place frequently.This situation has made serious impact to the industry and agriculture developments and domestic water need of the bank areas.This paper analyzes the features of the water interception and the operation mode of the Daliushu Water Control Project.It also gives the assessment that the constraction of the Daliushu Water Control Project will alleviate the water interception situation,and meet the irrigation water requirment in the downstream area during the diversion period from May to July,and will optimizate the operation performance of the upstream cascade hydropower stations
