快速的城市化进程,使得我国许多中小城市的空间规模不断扩大,原先的城市门户地区渐渐融入城市中心区域,街道性质由公路转变为城市道路.当前大多数街景规划偏重于表皮设计,需改变传统的规划思维模式,以街区为规划对象,采取整合、有机的设计思路,系统考虑功能、交通、景观和环境,分层次分解规划任务,以过程控制应对长效管理.
