噪声网络的分析与综合

摘    要:依据电工学理论,通过建立En-In模型与E1n-I2n、I1n-E2n、I1n-I2n、E1n-E2n及En2-In2五种噪声分析模型的相互关系,实现了噪声网络的综合。与目前常用的噪声源叠加法相比,本文方法不仅简便,而且能够充分考虑噪声源之间的相关性,从而有效地保证了低噪声电子设计的精度。文末,以有源低通滤波电路为例,通过其仿真与测量结果的对比,证明了本文分析方法的正确性。

Abstract:ccording to the theory of electric engineering,this paper builds the relation between the model and the noise analysis models including the model,the model,themodel, the E1n - E2n model and the En2- In2 model to realize the noise network synthesis.In compari- son with the method of superposition of noise sources in common use now, the method here not only is simple, but also can consider the coherence between the noise sources fully, which can guarantee the precision of low - noise electronic design effectively . Finally, the performance is shown by comparing simulated results with measured ones.
